FocusLabs

A FocusLab is a cooperation project with a common topic which is being worked on in a multidisciplinary and integrated way. To achieve this, an adequate integrated structure and governance must be set up. In particular, junior teams with a future potential for an integrated bioeconomy should be established by the FocusLabs- projects.

Project duration is usually 36 month with a maximum funding of €800,000/year.

Within the first call in 2016 three FocusLabs were fundet. FocusLab AP3 started on Apri 1st ,  the FocusLabs Bio2 und CombiCom started on May 1st 2017.  In the second call the FocusLabs greenRelease and HyImPAct were selected and will start on January 1st 2018.
